Hooked on SudokuPuzzles
from: ForsgrensCrossword puzzles have been around for ages. They have also gotten extremely boring. I love mind games and making my brain work but filling out a crossword puzzle is only good for making me sleepy and ready for bed. I gave up on the old crosswords years ago and followed the internet bandwagon in search of more enthralling mind games.
A year or so ago I heard about suduko puzzles and within two or three tries at it I was hooked. It seemed as though overnight the world became obsessed with suduko puzzles even though not many of the obsessed were that impressive at the game. Within a few weeks you could find suduko books and hand-held games at Wal-Mart. How quickly we jump on bandwagons, huh?
I can say with assuredness, not to be confused with arrogance, that I am pretty good with math. I am, as they say, a good “tester.” Now I understand that having amazing math skills has little to do with being able to solve suduko puzzles. I just like to toot my own horn.

One thing that can help you to solve Sudoku Puzzles, and other difficult tasks, easily and quickly is that you give your brain the training and stimulation it needs. We at Forsgrens use an old method, which have been very popular again, due to technical development. Its about brain waves. Brain waves are so effective.

I think that having a strong visual memory and being able to draw visual relationships between things is important when working on suduko puzzles. The more complex or difficult the puzzles get, you must be able to hold several pieces of information in your brain at one time.
You may have to remember which number can go where and where it cannot for a while before you have all of the information you need to insert a number. I have gone through difficult puzzles where I had to keep multiple lines of thought going in my head for sometimes ten minutes before I was able to deduce for certain which number belonged in a specific spot on the puzzle.
I think that suduko puzzles are the best mental games that have come out in a very long time. When shopping this year for gifts, you might want to think about picking up a book of suduko puzzles for your kids or spouse. Even your elderly relatives may appreciate a set of easier puzzles.
Science has shown that the more often people engage their brains, the better off they will be. If you want to help your loved ones stay sharp, suduko is a good way to go. If you don’t want to spend money on a book of the puzzles, there are numerous websites out there these days with all levels of puzzles that you can print off for free.
